Job Context:

The Principal/Vice Principal of our institution will assume a pivotal leadership role in guiding our educational community towards excellence. The personnel will be entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the academic vision, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the holistic development of our students. The role will also involve strategic planning, effective communication, and the implementation of innovative educational initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement school policies and programs through planning, assessment, data analysis for decision-making, School Improvement Plan development, and fiscal resource allocation.
• Supervise the development and implementation of Individualized Educational Programs (IEP).
• Oversee curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment methods.
• Promote high standards of academic achievement and instructional excellence.
• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all students and facilitate parental involvement in the school.
• Serve as a bridge between the school and the community, overseeing funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships.
• Address student behavior and discipline consistently, support extracurricular activities, represent the school at events, and oversee facility maintenance.
