Requirements

Education

B.Sc Engineering from any reputed university.

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) will get preference.

Experience

  • At least 10 Years working Experience where 3 years’ Experience in Senior Post.

Responsibilities & Context

Saic Professional Training Center (SPTC) is the sister concern of Saic Group. Saic Professional training center has already established a remarkable position in technical education, vocational education, short courses, long courses, various soft skills, and hard skill training in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Bogra, Dinajpur, and Jamalpur.Now we are looking for Director/Deputy Director for Saic Professional Training Center (SPTC), Dhaka.

  • Supervise with training coordinator in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
  • Draw on relationships with training coordinator to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
  • Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
