Job Experience Required- 7-8 years’ total experience with 4-5 years’ relevant experience in Telecom Sales & Distribution

  • Required Capabilities- Advanced facilitation skills and passion for delivering training programs
  • – Understanding of Telecom Sales & Distribution process
  • – In-depth insight into market and firm’s Trade Marketing capability
  • – In-depth knowledge of Channel Management
  • – In-depth knowledge of Sales Management
  • – Complete understanding of Retail Management

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description – Review and analyse existing sales operations, their guiding principles and tactics – Identify campaign needs, diagnose gaps across the Sales function to assess sales KPIs & also analyze the market on best practices, competitors activities – Design effective campaigns for trade, distributors, distributors’ field force etc. and relevant materials based on the approved plan for execution – Conduct interim assessment of sales team’s achievements, identify improvement areas with solutions and make proper progress report to different stakeholders – Co-ordinate with cross-functional team members regarding timely pay-out of the campaigns – Prepare & review SRF to cross-functional teams to ensure proper understanding of the modality – Co-ordinate with procurement, warehouse team and external vendors to ensure timely dispatch of campaign rewards – Collaborate with regional team and different cross-functional team such as IT, Procurement, Finance etc. to execute projects as a team and made things done on time effectively – Visit regions as POC of channel campaigns, to get insight of the projects, feedback for further development etc. Visit market to know retailers and consumers insight and feedback – Gather ideas and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the development of channel campaigns – Explore different aspects in terms of campaign development to develop new and innovative sale techniques catering to BL’s target markets – As a central POC, handle all the regional teams’ queries – To work closely with the B2C Leadership Team in identification of the business development criteria – To participate in the formulation of appropriate Sales KPIs and its implementation that will ensure delivery of the Sales strategy
