Responsibilities & Context
- Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of all Paper Converting, Security Printing & other paper-related products.
- Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, supply, and demand. Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Maintain sales volume, Product mix, and selling price with supply demand, Change trend economic indicators and competitors.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors to study sales, Market surveys, and analysis of business activities.
- Supervise, follow up, and oversee sales and marketing activities and provide support to the team member for further improvement.
- Create a new customer base for open Sales/Tender /Sales/Push sales etc. maintain good relations with existing clients & adopting policies to hunt new ones.
- Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.
