Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare all sales invoices in time and provide DA wise summary as per the received order.
- Posting of cash, credit payment and petty cash payment & adjustment.
- Checking all email regularly and give feedback timely.
- Daily and monthly closing data send IT dept. timely.
- Prepare reports as per need of supervisor.
- Maintenance of Computer, Printer, UPS
- Support DIC for distribution services as and when required
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
- Maintain proper stock of Invoice Paper, Tonner and raise requisition timely
