Responsibilities:
- To achieve monthly residential & commercial interior client target:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relations with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecast and reports to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in professional and timely manner.
- Manage social media platforms, create content calendars, engage with the audience, and analyse performance metrics to enhance social media presence and brand visibility. Develop compelling and engaging content for diverse digital platforms including website, social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor marketing analytics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
