Proven experience in designing and developing fashion collections.
Must have 2/3 years’ experience working with INDITEX Brands. (Zara Woman, Zara Kids, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear) Or any European brands.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to do sketches by hand & digitally.
Excellent design and conceptual skills.
Excellent sense of Fabrics, style, Color, Fit & Pattern.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to create tech pack in proper way with all details for sampling.
Make spec sheet for the tech pack.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines & able to work under pressure.
Must be well-groomed.
Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.

To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up below position-

Responsibilities:

Design and develop fashion collections that align with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas.
Create detailed sketches, technical drawings & tech-pack using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Develop patterns and prototypes for sampling.
Co-ordinate with factories to ensure designs, details, workmanship & proportion are accurate according to design.
Conduct thorough research on fashion trends, fabrics, embellishment and techniques.
Work closely with head of design to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit.
Stay updated on fashion trends and innovations.
Travel for market research, Shopping & buyer meetings.
