Candidates should have minimum 12 yrs. experience in Industrial engineering department of any reputed knit composite Garments factory out of which minimum 3 years in the asked position.
Candidates who are confident enough & ready to take the challenge to transform the factory production efficiency level as that of world class standard should apply.
The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge on Industrial Engineering Arena and have the capacity to make effective productivity development, process development and train/educate related employees to get desired output.
Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
Should be dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented

A large & reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of Deputy General Manager / General Manager (Industrial Engineering).
The factory consists of 2500 machines @ 120 sewing lines and producing 35 lac pieces (approx.) garments in each month.
Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
The selected candidate will Lead & Guide the Industrial Engineering team and responsible for managing the overall activities of industrial engineering department.
He will ensure achieving optimum productivity through maintaining standard production efficiency level.
The ideal candidate should have proven Technical & Leadership skills to maximize productivity through modern IE based production.
