Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Generate leads and secure new clients through various channels, including personal networks and business community contacts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market surveys and research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and improve sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts regularly.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and professional development initiatives.
