Responsibilities & Context
- Researching future fashion trends and staying focused on contemporary styles.
- Knowledge on Sweater Design.
- Able to Design.
- Capable of making designs according to the buyer’s recommendation.
- Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to Yarns, colors and shapes.
- Creating sketches and samples with patterns.
- Creating/visualizing an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Create 3D virtual samples.
- Choosing materials & working with design team members.
- Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments.
- Creative knowledge on Decoration, Presentation, Fashion shows and Gmts design.
