Additional Requirements

Achieve sales targets in both volume and revenue.
Formulate sales strategies for different watch brands of the respective Time Zone showrooms.
Strongly monitor the sales team, develop the sales force, and maintain a set retention standard.
Develop a corporate customer base and new market segments.
Prepare, monitor, and control sales team members’ attendance and leave, and send the statements on a monthly basis.
Address employee-related issues such as complaints and disciplinary procedures according to company policies.
Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures, including the implementation of company guidelines, conducting on-the-job training for team members, and monitoring compliance.
Educate customers on watches and their different applications in time zones and manage prompt after-sales services for customers.
Maintain and develop relationships with various autonomous bodies such as banks and government officials to create word-of-mouth awareness about the company’s brands and increase sales.
Maintain internal relationships with other functional departments at the head office level.
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the superior and management of the company.
