Responsibilities & Context
- Preparing Architectural 2D Plan and 3D Design Concept.
- Developing 3D Design & Visualization
- Elevation and Section, with details working drawing.
- Excellent graphical representation skill.
- Innovative and skilled in design development.
- Take the “brief” to identify client’s needs and put together flexibility reports and design proposals.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building usage and environmental impact.
- Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Cost estimate as per approved Design
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Make BOQ according to budget
- Provide the 3D Design with a demonstration to the customers
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Supervise work progress
