Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve the given monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets.
- List potential customers, visit them, present products, and generate new business through regular contact.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to create partnerships that ensure success, results, and credibility.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects.
- Provide pricing quotes and negotiate deals to meet specific customer needs.
- Follow up regularly on timely payments and TDS collection.v Communicate with interdepartmental teams for smooth operations and develop the sales force and maintain a set retention standard
- Handle documentation.v Prepare quotations, collect purchase orders, ensure orderly delivery, and collect payments.
- Identify target markets and customers, such as banks, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, and MNCs, to create new business opportunities and sales.
- Formulate comprehensive visit plans for existing and new markets, and ensure routine visits to generate sales.
- Report market intelligence, competitor activities, and information on new competitors.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
