Additional Requirements

Should have minimum 2 years practical experience in Packing Development section of any food & beverage company or packing company.

Develop innovative packaging solutions meeting functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards while optimizing costs through collaboration.
Lead packaging projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals through cross-functional teamwork.
Explore market trends, analyze competitor packaging, and innovate to enhance product appeal.
Define specifications and refine designs for optimal performance.
Develop cost-effective solutions, monitor budgets and analyze for new initiatives.
Evaluate suppliers, maintain relationships and negotiate contracts for cost optimization and quality assurance.
Ensure packaging meets environmental and safety standards, maintaining required documentation.
Conduct tests to ensure durability and functionality, maintaining high standards via quality control.
To analysis periodically product shelf-life and set-up product shelf-life if any change in Packing Materials.
To prepare and development packaging documentation.
