Responsibilities & Context
- Mother Vessel’s Laytime Calculation.
- Follow-up Ships Certificates Validity, Arrange/Apply for renewal of renewal of ship’s certificates.
- Follow-up Ship’s requisition of store/spares for Deck and Engine and arrange to supply onboard.
- Prepare documents for ISM Audit, maintain & Update ISM related documents for both Office and Ships.
- Maintain Ship’s Voyage File: Daily Reports, Noon Reports, Charter party/ Fixture Notes, Cargo documents etc.
- Liaison with Manning Agency for crew recruitment.
- Follow-up Ship’s requisition for repair, maintenance & annual servicing.
