- Exhibiting excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, along with a mastery of MS-Office applications and the Internet.
- Be able to understand and interpret HVAC drawings.
- Proficiency in designing HVAC system using AutoCAD will be preferred.
- Inventory management capability.
- Demonstrating poise and competence in high-pressure work environments.
Responsibilities & Context
Oversee and execute the design, planning, and installation of heating, ventiliation, and air conditioning systems in new construction or existing buildings.
- Ensuring the successful completion of the entire HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning process from start to finish.
- Crafting project estimations, budgets, and work schedules, while providing valuable support in project contract negotiations.
- Orchestrating the planning, organization, direction, and coordination of manpower, equipment, tools, and supplies to attain project objectives.
- Keeping record of the inventory of site store.
- Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of project materials within budget.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, internal team members, and other trades on site.
- Directing both the HVAC Project engineering team and the relevant workforce to meet the deadines and ensuring quality of work.
