Responsibilities & Context

Support the FH Bangladesh M&E Process:

  • Provide support with entering and cleaning data collected from the field.
  • Analyze data, find out gaps and problem areas and generate reports as requested by the Manager – M&E.
  • Compile and maintain national statistics and data for future reference, and
  • Work closely with Manager – M&E to prepare various questionnaires and conduct surveys.

Maintain the Management Information System:

  • Maintain and administer the Management Information System (MIS) for program and project monitoring and reporting.
  • Organize the MIS (hardware and software) for the project.
  • Produce and provide MIS reports to relevant program staff and include recommendations.
  • Manage the filing and record keeping of both hard and soft copies of all M&E reports, data, statistics, pictures, etc.
  • Ensure the quality of information from the field by training field staff on the MIS report format, tools, and gathering techniques.
  • Provide statistics, data, and other necessary information during project proposal development and/or as requested, and
  • Enter M&E data into WL3.

Data Checking and Validation:

  • Provide feedback to the program manager to improve program performance. Make regular field visits to check and validate the collected data.
  • Provide area offices technical support in overcoming obstacles, following line management, and
  • Train and update field staff on the latest M&E tools and methods, when needed.

Personal Growth, Development, and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage individual goals to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Study, develop, use, and practice English, both verbal and written, and
  • Manage and maintain all FH policies and procedures and live out the organizations values.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Promote the prevention of sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, trafficking, shaming, bullying, or any type of harm among communities, program participants, team members, and partners.
  • Facilitate Safeguarding messaging with communities, program participants, team members, and partners to raise awareness and promote the reporting of safeguarding issues through Community System for Accountability and Feedback (C-SAFE) and EthicsPoint.
  • Act as a reporting avenue for safeguarding issues, and facilitate relevant resources (safety, security, well-being) to survivors in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
