Responsibilities & Context
- The primary responsibility is administrative, with no sales or target-oriented tasks.

- Maintain records for ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
- Attend to online queries, phone calls, emails, and chats
- Efficiently and accurately process visa applications for tourist and student visas to first-world countries
- Craft international holiday packages and visa options
- Create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
- Guide clients on travel-related matters such as visas, insurance, and health requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, promotions, and new travel products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
