Job Description:
mPower Social Enterprises Ltd. mostly deals with clients from Government and Non-Government Organizations. During the project life-cycle, regular monitoring of deliverables from different stakeholders within deadlines is absolutely necessary. We are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of his/her projects from initiation to closure. Certain portion of the LOE will be assigned for Donor funded programs after recruitment.
Job Responsibility:
- Development and review of project roll-out plan and quarterly budget plan for health projects. Share project plans with senior management and clients to keep them in the loop
- Keep track of project milestones and key deliverables on day-to-day basis to ensure project activities are on track. If any issue is noticed, raising flags to senior management and if changes in existing agreement is required, communicating with clients to make required changes.
- Coordinate project activities among the project management, development, business, implementation, quality assurance and system analysis team to ensure the project runs in proper harmony and all teams are on board for the project properly.
- Conducting weekly project meetings with product development, implementation and system design team managers to discuss about upcoming deliverables and way forwards to handle any bottlenecks that might come up.
- Developing regular project progress reports and budget reports based on incoming project data analysis, activity analysis from project management system and field reports for the senior management team and relevant stakeholders on a monthly basis.
- Managing project constraints, including Scope, Quality, Schedule, Budget, Resources, and Risk(s) and ensures road blocks are removed. Identifying and communicating project/program interdependencies to relevant stakeholders. Escalate issue and risk to Senior Management to obtain their directive for appropriate mitigation.
- Working with Business and Technical resource managers to ensure the needed staff are available and assigned to the project; including entering resource requests into System.
- Maintaining liaison and coordination with key stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth management of project activities and deliverables.
Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs.
