Education
- Post-graduation/Graduation in Sociology/Social Welfare/Anthropology/Gender Studies/Public Health/ Development Studies/Economics/Statistics or other closely related fields from any reputed national or international university.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in related fields (research and analysis) is required
- Adept in formative and professional writing in English (this is highly required)
- Comfortable with data gathering, mining, validation, and analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SPSS/STATA, Atlas.ti/NVivo, etc. is essential
- A person who seeks to generate insights, help the team to meet deadlines, continuously improve the work standard, and wants to show his/her/their mark in the work

Responsibilities & Context
- Innovision Consulting is looking for a Senior Associate/Associate to join its Gender and BasicServices Team!
- Reports to: Portfolio Manager, Gender and Basic Services
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development Activities
- Proactively seek partnership opportunities with local and international organizations as guided by the management
- Engage in proposal submissions and expression of interests (task will include developing methodology, work plan, budget, etc.) in coordination with team members, external consultants, and technical experts
- Regularly maintain communication with existing clients and follow up on ongoing and upcoming/probable activities
- Represent and promote the organization in different forums
Execution of Different Project Activities
- Design and undertake explanatory research, formative research, case studies, market and household surveys, and systems analysis
- Conduct background research to distill information to identify key themes and important areas, which will elicit further research needs
- Undertake field research (conduct interviews with respondents from different socio-economic backgrounds and national and local level stakeholders), train and lead a team of field managers and enumerators
- Gather, edit, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data
- Supervision of data entry activities, cleaning/minimizing data entry errors to ensure quality and reliable data for each assessment/study
- Assist in managing the project activities and in the preparation of the project report
Additional Duties
- Work to write and publish newspaper articles based on the research findings/knowledge management done in the portfolio
- Assist in managing all timelines and deliverables for multiple projects with competing priorities
- Maintain extremely high standards in terms of quality of work, attention to detail, strong organization skills, and absolute commitment to task completion
- Ensure balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities under tight deadlines at an accelerated pace when necessary
