We are looking for some motivated & dynamic professional for the position of Visa Counseling(Tele Executive Officer).

Responsibilities

• Maintain client database & communications through phone calls & emails.
• Tracking, recording and reporting results on a daily basis to the team leader.
• Must be able to convince clients with the smartest ways.
• Maintaining relationship with all potential & existing guests.
• You must have a good voice & convincing power over phone.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
• Focus on how to promote more sales.
• Others duty will assign by Management.
• Excellent communication skills both English and Bengali.
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity, Creative, forward thinker.
