Responsibilities & Context

GD Assist Limited a subsidiary of Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is looking for Sales Executive for its newly formed Retail Pharmacy Chain with an International Brand.

Advising customers on the selection of brands related to FMCG products, Cosmetics and beauty products, toiletries, beverages and drinks.
Guiding customers on the usage of cosmetics and beauty products. Initial information gathering regarding customer’s purchase history and communicating pertinent information to the back-office supply chain team.
Seeking clarification from customers regarding discrepancies when necessary.
Ensuring proper stock storage inside the store as per company protocol.
Checking day closing and cash transaction, maintaining cash handover register and ensuring cash handover to account if necessary.
Take care of issues related to the software if necessary.
Management of short expiry items.
Checking expiry manually including stock expiry on a monthly basis.
Communicating with the walk-in customers about the services and new products, plans & take active part in promotional campaigns to promote customer care & loyalty programs as suggested by management.
Reviewing sales performance and managing monthly sales target. Maintaining strong CRM.
Conducting Perpetual stock taking on a monthly basis and making shortage entry in the register for the reorder of level.
