• Apply only if you are comfortable working at NIGHT SHIFT (Bangladesh Time 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).

Job Nature:

• Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA customers promptly.

• Follow communication “Script” while handling different topics.

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

• Receiving customers’ inquiries, and selling services over the telephone as per the instructions provided.

• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

• Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.

• Job Nature: Full Time

• Educational qualification

• O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply

• Additional requirement

• Age 18 to 28 years

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).

• Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of 1 month probation period.

• Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.

• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.

• Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.

• Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
