- Confident and clear communication skills; both verbal and written to work productively alongside other Product teams and external suppliers
- Mandarin Language proficiency is mandatory communication.
Responsibilities & Context
Typical Duties :-
- Liaising with designers, and adapting designs to suit production methods
- Making and sizing pre-production garments
- Sourcing fabrics and accessories
- Undertaking quality evaluations of materials and checking the quality of the final product
- Responding to product queries, including complaints, from wholesalers and customers.
- Making sure garments can be produced within budget
- Overseeing fabric testing and fittings of first samples·
- Formulate Bangladesh factory development strategy and organize the implementation of strategic plan;·
- Promote the continuous improvement of the management system, build and optimize the organizational structure: standardize the rules and regulations of the production system, sort out the work flow of each department, and establish the job description; Implement work objectives,
- KPI performance assessment, and supervise the effective achievement of each work indicator;·
- Make production plan and material supply plan according to the order plan, monitor the material supply according to the plan, ensure the order delivery on time;·
- According to the quality management requirements of the group, standardize the quality management system, implement, standardize and improve the quality management level of the factory, implement TQM total quality management, and reduce the defective product rate of the production line by 20%.·
- Led the factory production efficiency improvement, applied lean management tools (GST, TPS, JIT, garment hanging system), continuously improved the factory production efficiency, the average increase of production efficiency reached 25%.·
- Pay attention to team building (especially the proportion of local managers), train the management level and process skills of local middle and senior management.
