Education

Experience

Additional Requirements

- Must have a residence in Chittagong city.
- Physical fitness to be able to regularly work for prolonged hours outdoors (approximately 90% of the work will be outdoors).
- Good Reading and Writing skills in both Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for talented and mentally and physically fit fresh graduate engineers for our Field Support Operations (Technical) in Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar offices on yearly contract.
Responsibilities including but not limited to the followings :
- Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Operating Systems (Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
- Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
