Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Core Network UDC engineer with a strong understanding of 4G/5G networks.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Core Network elements, including HLR/HSS/UDM/NFV/SDN, and others.
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing technologies, with a preference for experience in NFV and SDN.
- Understanding of network security, including firewall, VPN, and authentication protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
- A continuous interest in learning and researching new technologies and standards.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize the Core Network UDC (HLR/HSS) system and 5GC to ensure network performance and availability.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Core Network elements such as HLR/HSS/UDM/NFV/SDN, and others.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration and cooperation between the Core Network and other network components.
- Develop and implement Core Network security strategies to protect the network from potential threats.
