Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinating & Monitoring team work of TSM, ASM and RSM.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
- Achieving the primary and secondary sales target through deport and dealer in the market.
- Executing all promotional and trade marketing offers / programs in the market.
- Ensuring working culture among the team members.
- Keeping eye on competitors sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
- Managing the sales cycle effectively and tracking the activities of the Sales Force.
- Improve the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
- Managing performance for maximizing result through sales team management.
- Able to maintain highest CRM process in the market
