Additional Requirements

Foreign correspondence & Banking.·
At least 10-15 years’ experience as a “Manager of Foreign Correspondence” in any garment/buying house with specific emphasis on Knit Garments.·
Candidate should have 10-15 Years’ experience as a foreign correspondence.· Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.·
Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities respectably.·
Making invoice, packing list, and pass EXP form from Bank to Bank to ship out the export consignment.·
Responsible to collect Master L/C from Bank to bank and open Back to Back L/C for raw material procurement for export.·
Prepare & Submit Utilization Declaration from respective authorities which are required to export goods.·
Responsible for renewal of bond license, Fire license, Group Insurance policy, Annual audit report from customs authorities·
Dependable to submit export documents to Bank for negotiations with buyer’s bank for bill realization·
Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with buyers and staff at all levels.·
Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.·
Must have advanced computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with buyers to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and cultivate excellent relationships with new buyers to drive business growth.
Conduct both overseas and local marketing efforts with excellence.
Coordinate the activities of the Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning teams to meet monthly and yearly targets.
Create and execute plans to ensure orders are processed smoothly and meet buyer schedules.
Oversee order costing, negotiations, and confirmations in knit garments.
Maintain clear communication with buyers for technical clarifications as needed.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics departments to facilitate on-time shipments.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
