  • Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022

Responsibilities & Context

  • Receive and check personnel requisition against the yearly personnel plan.
  • Post Job advertisement on BD jobs, internal notice board and other relevant places.
  • Screening Resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling, arranging written exam, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding recruitment practices.
  • Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks & evaluate existing policies and procedures to find out weaknesses.
  • Conduct joining formalities.
  • Arrange induction training and placement programs for new joiners.
  • Up date and Modify all forms as well as recruitment related documents.
  • Preparing employees database (monthly) and various HR reports.
  • Any other task assign by the department manager.
