Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the printing process from start to finish, ensuring that all prints are accurately placed on garments.
- Work with the production team to set up printing machinery and equipment according to the design specifications.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure high-quality output and resolve any issues.
- Conduct quality checks on printed garments to ensure consistency and adherence to design specifications.
- Identify and address any defects or deviations in print quality.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in printing.
- Check the style, size/grading, print part, print pass & measurement accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in garment printing with all print-related tests.
- Properly follow the color shade, print position, and quality.
- Maintain all systems & documents as per company SOP’s.
- Always maintain communication with the merchant and Head office teams for any updates.
