Aurora Specialized Hospital is in search of a proactive and experienced Housekeeping In-charge to join our team. If you are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and possess the skills to lead a housekeeping team effectively, we invite you to apply.
Location: 19/1 Kakrail, Dhaka-1000.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping plans and strategies to maintain hospital cleanliness.
- Manage and enhance the hospital’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate and oversee housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housekeeping initiatives and processes.
- Create and manage employee rosters.
