- Proven working experience in production management specifically in the Galvanizing Steel Plant;
- Should have good communication skill;
- Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and beyond normal office hour.
Responsibilities & Context
- To supervise shift-wise production of the factory as per the production plan, and prepare daily/monthly production report.
- Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.
- Check consumption of Raw Materials, ensure consumables for operations and keep communication with Supply Chain Department about raw materials.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
- Understanding of quality standards and enforce & develop health & safety and environmental systems.
- Reviewing and planning preventive maintenance schedule based on breakdown trends, productivity improvement, safety requirements.
- Keep liaison with Sales Department for production programming.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
