We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, enthusiastic, innovative and experienced Marketing Executive to join our F&B business team. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote out brand, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Making Sandwich:

  • The individual is responsible for morning/evening preparation,
  • Delivery handling,
  • preparing vegetables and salads,
  • setting up display fridges,
  • operating soup kettles, slicer, coffee machine, oven and others
  • making quality coffee and tea,
  • ensuring supplies are stocked correctly (ie. maintaining FIFO),
  • adhering to hygiene standards explained in Staff Manual.

 

Quality Assurance:

  • Fully responsible for the quality of the finished product including correctly, evenly spread filling and the freshness of the filing
  • Wastage Control:
  • Responsible for reducing costs through controlling wastage, including adjusting orders from suppliers, and portion control.

Hygiene Standards:

  • Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day cleanliness and tidiness of all counters and table seating areas.

Stock Control:

  • The individual is responsible for abiding a stock-controlled system.

 

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
