Additional Requirements

Closely monitor all the equipment installed at various well sites.
Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance so that they can contribute for presentation.
Apart from routine day to day maintenance to all plant assets and maintains records/history sheets of all the equipment and analyze.
To ensure that all machines are in good condition in the lines.
Check and clean all the machines at the time of departure.
Carry out maintenance job planning.
To ensure that all machines have required machine oils.
To repair machines in the shortest possible time, in case of any break down of machines during production.
Coach and monitor team members to comply safety regulations.
Direct and/or perform maintenance & repairs on equipment.
Assist and train to mechanical employees.
Evaluate, monitor, and coach personnel supervised.
Manage the workforce assigned daily.
Monitor all activities regularly.
