- Run ATL, BTL, Digital Campaigns through relevant agencies with specific objectives and relevant KPIs.
- Develop & Manage the Annual Marketing Plan & Budget based on the Annual Business Plan.
- Coordinate with related departments to generate monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual performance management reports.
- Campaign development & new product launch events/activation.
- Maintain Media and Community based PR and Biker Group Engagement.
- Developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for sponsorships.
- Biker Community Development.
- Develop and Manage inquiry-based approach for field marketing activities.

Company Overview:We are a newly established Chinese trading company in Bangladesh, We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Personal Assistant of the founder to join our team and assist in the full establishment of our company from the ground.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the decoration and setup of a showroom (Temporary).
- Coordinate customs clearance and logistics for incoming shipments from China, ensuring compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements.
- Arrange transportation of goods from Chittagong to Dhaka, liaising with logistics companies and supervising loading and unloading operations.
- Support both online and offline marketing and promotional activities.
- Manage the distribution and delivery of products to complete sales tasks.
- Handle office software proficiently for various administrative tasks.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of responsibility and accountability.
- Focus on achieving results and contributing to the overall success of the company.
