Ensure that all recipes are confirmed according to actual fabric before releasing to bulk production.
Ensure those recipes are at a competitive cost by conducting costing and review.
Ensure that chemicals, dyes, and auxiliaries are tested and passed before issuance for bulk consumption.
Provide necessary training manpower in the proper use of sophisticated lab machines.
Review the results of the fastness test for; cross staining, washing, water, rubbing, Light fastness, and perspiration and ensure the accuracy of the result by guiding the personnel to the proper procedure of testing the materials.
Guide and train the personnel in the proper physical test of all the fabric which conforms to the required procedure by individual customers.
Ensure that all required performance standards of all the orders are received and confirmed before the start of production.
Ensure that the test conducted is recorded for review and summary reporting.
Provide accurate & reliable test results to all concerned departments on time.
Review all the physical test reports and advise the production department to process them if any batches fail.
Communicate with buyers regarding troubleshooting of technical points of the products.
Monitoring washing & ETP for smooth operations.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
