  • A track record of 2-3 years in customer management or client service roles is preferred.
  • Demonstrated Dedication and Zeal: Exhibit a strong commitment and passion for the organization’s mission and objectives.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Possess proficient written and verbal communication abilities to create clear and impactful messages when interacting with sponsors and team members.
  • Proficiency in English: Professionalism and proficiency in English are essential when communicating with sponsors who are foreigners and foreign residents.
  • Versatility and Teamwork: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a results-driven, goal-oriented mindset. Show a high degree of initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Database Management Expertise: Prior experience in database management and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases are necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Exhibit a strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Empathetic and Attuned: Display empathy, active listening skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards the organization’s mission, fostering and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and Dynamic: Be a self-motivated, energetic individual with a dynamic personality, capable of performing tasks effectively and efficiently, even under pressure.
  • Timely Task Completion: Show an ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Act as the primary liaison for sponsors and partners, nurturing strong relationships through regular
  • communication.
  • Keep sponsors informed about the progress and well-being of the children under their support.
  • Collaborate with the program team to ensure updates about the children are timely and accurate.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Attend events and engage with sponsors to enhance their connection with the organization.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the reporting manager regarding fundraising and sponsor
  • engagement.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sponsor database.
  • Contribute to the organization’s broader fundraising strategy by offering insights and feedback based on
  • sponsor feedback and industry trends.
  • Identify potential opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
  • Address sponsor concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct sponsor satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure professionalism and proficiency in English while communicating with sponsors who are foreigners and foreign residents.
