Requirements

Education

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure improvements in the overall team’s performance by supporting and mentoring the zonal team as its head.
  • Ensure strategies with the sales, technical, revenue assurance, administration, procurement, and inventory plan for the zone and ensure proper execution accordingly.
  • Ensuring the growth of the customer base, sales figures, and customer satisfaction for the zone.
  • Ensure recruitment and retention of the right quality people timely for the zone.
  • Continuously identify gaps in the regular working staffs in the zone and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business.
  • Draws prospects through the sales funnel Integrating and managing customer relationship management.
  • Reducing marketing spend while increasing qualified leads.
  • Regularly finding effective ways to uplift the brand’s competitiveness with other competitors.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness for generating the highest possible revenue.
  • Streamlines sales cycles by targeting high-value accounts.
  • Ensuring cost-effective substantial return generation on investment.
  • Focusing on meaningful interactions and relationship-building with significant stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure on-time revenue collection from the zone.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of strategy implementation and adjust plans as needed to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Encourage professional development opportunities to foster career growth within the team.
  • Identify potential risks and threats to the business and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to minimize legal and financial risks.
