Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Post Name/Designation/Job Title: Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) for Real Estate Company (Secondary Market).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints professionally.

Additional Job Responsibility:

• Collaborate with the purchase team to align sales and procurement efforts.
• Participate in industry events, networking activities, and trade shows to promote the company.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Report to the Managing Director on sales activities and results.
