A.I. & Associates Ltd. is a renown consultancy firm working all over the country since 1996. Our scope of services include architectural & structural design, drawing & supervision of residential, commercial, recreational, office buildings etc.
AIA is looking for a young and energetic Site Engineer (Electrical) who can manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently with high quality standard.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising all the construction work.
- Overseeing building and Electrical related works and Inspect project sites to monitor progress.
- Managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Checking technical designs and wiring drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Liaising with clients, contractors and other professional staff.
- Responsible for BoQ checking, Contractor Bill Checking, Electrical Estimation.
- Reporting about the progress of the project to office.
- Maintains records, prepare reports and receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality.
- Preparation of Electrical (point wiring, power wiring, circuit diagram etc.) if required (conducted by AutoCAD) etc.
