Responsibilities & Context

Health Trek is a world class heath-tech and health tourism hub to facilitate international health services where people can sail through and navigate to the right destinations through proper and right health advisory.The objective of Health Trek is to help and support patients to guide through proper and right health advisory and support services for easily accessible overseas consultations and treatment using the resources efficiently and legally, ensuring absolute transparency to build trust and credibility amongst patients.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead the Patient Management Team.

Cater to all patients from online and offline sources.

Collect necessary documents from patients timely (reports and passport).

Maintain liaison and day-to-day communication with international and local partners.

Analyze and understand patient needs and serve patient accordingly with necessary information and recommendations for best treatment decision.

Attend patients visiting office for counselling. Visit patients’ residence upon request.

Have training modules, scripts, blueprints memorized by heart and ensure execution by team members as per company goals and objectives.

Have country/city wise hospitals and major doctors memorized by heart for instant treatment recommendations to patients.

Maintain all trackers with updates on daily basis. Incorporate all patient information and requisitions in backend.

Stay up to date with latest treatment procedures and country wise international guidelines for treatment.

Stay up to date with country wise visa applications procedures and documentation. Fill out visa applications as requested by the patient.

Monitor office logistic supplies and place requisition accordingly through backend.

Monitor entire patient journey minutely. Be on standby for any requirement or emergency of the patient at any time.

Conduct weekly knowledge sharing session with in-house doctor to gather knowledge on treatment procedures to ensure effective patient management.

Monitor competitor strategies and present weekly reports proposing strategies.

Ensure achievement of monthly KPI.

Must have the ability to troubleshoot and take instant problem-solving decision.

Must safeguard all data and information of the company and the patients.

Have a sales-oriented mindset to ensure conversion of patients.

Support the management as and when required and have the ability to take up added responsibilities as required by the company.
