Major Duties and Responsibilities

Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations.
Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to enhance the knowledge of financial products, regulatory frameworks, industry best practices, and business processes.
Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and developing new business opportunities.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes within various departments, contributing to strategic planning and operational reviews.
Conduct economic and financial due diligence of projects.
Prepare feasibility report, information memorandum, financial model, agenda papers for approval of assigned projects.
Gain insights into regulatory compliance requirements and risk management practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
