Responsibilities & Context
As a Garment Technical Manger you work in a team with Merchandisers, R&D team, designers, pattern cutters, graders and Quality Controllers.
- You will be involved in the final development stage of the products on a daily basis; checking the fitting, measurements and the workmanship of the garments.
- You work with samples and style samples to ensure & recommend the best production friendly solutions with quality before bulk production.
- Your role also includes encouraging the technical section to become more active in finding the best technical solutions.
