Requirements

Education

  • Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts (MA)
  • Grad & Post Grad: CGPA at least 3.00 out of 4.00 from any recognized university (UGC approved).
  • SSC & HSC: Total CGPA of 9.00 with minimum one GPA 4.50

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Buying House, Washing Factory
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age 23 to 28 years
  • Excellent in Bangla and English – both spoken and written.
  • Excellent time management skills and Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Snowtex Group – a reputed RMG company is currently recruiting some “Management Trainee Officer”

  • MTO will work closely with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of SNOWTEX operations, business strategies, and culture.
  • Collaborate with the management on day-to-day tasks, meetings, and strategic discussions to gain insights into leadership and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in various projects and initiatives led by the HOD-this may involve research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives, providing input and recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication between the HOD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely information exchange.
  • Help to identify challenges and opportunities within the organization and work on solutions under the guidance of the HOD.
  • Any other work assigned by the Supervisor.
