Requirements

Education

  • Candidate should have a BBA/MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent preferably in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Economics or any other related discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in any recognized Merchant Bank/ Brokerage House especially in Business Development Department.
  • Self-starter, proactive & quick learner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Job Description/Responsibility:

  • New Client acquisition from the open market.
  • Generate and achieve targets and report to the Management.
  • Must thrive in stressful environments.
  • Offer high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
  • Possess sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other applicable rules & regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL & BB etc.
  • To ensure all compliance of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL & BB and any other regulatory concerns
  • By evaluating the current Capital Market situation, making strategies considering the competitors for promotion/marketing for the development of the organization.
  • Co-ordinated with Chief Executive Officer and Management about Business Development Strategy.
