Garments

Plan strategically to keep and maintain a good and healthy occupational environment.
Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory and perform health checkup of workers and staff.
Issue the fitness certificate, age estimation certificate at the time of recruitment.
Conduct health related training programs to make awareness about hygiene & occupational health & CPR.
Maintain the accidental register & report to the management (if required).
During the pregnancy period check the health status of pregnant employee and keep register accordingly.
Keep the records of sickness, injury or accidents with their analysis to prevent them to a minimum level.
Prescribe medicine and other advice to the attending patients.
Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions to refer them to nearby hospitals for better management (if required) with information to the factory management.
