Responsibilities & Context
A reputed freight forwarding company is looking for dynamic officer for look after the customer demand on business.
- Customer service-Assist with enquires, process order, arrange booking.
- Preparing Quotation based on agents, shipping lines or airlines offers.
- Communication with supplier, vendors and carries to arrange transportation.
- Track & monitor shipment in transit & providing updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and review invoices, BL, AWB, and HBL & MBL for accuracy.
- Prepare month’s statement, payment arrangement& confirmation
