Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
Job Location: Factory – West Tengra, Sarulia, Demra, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
- Sampling and analysis of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and finished Products as per guideline.
- Put “Under Test Label”, “Passed Label”, “Rejected Label” of raw materials and packing materials as per requirement.
- To check water quality parameters of WTP and ETP regularly according to STP(s).
- Log book writing, compile of test document of Raw materials, packing materials, and Finished Products.
- Preparation of test solution and make their entry in the logbooks.
- Keep retention sample of raw materials and packing materials.
- Maintain the good housekeeping of Laboratory & organize the disposal of raw material after release.
- To conduct in the DGDA Inspection or other internal or external inspection.
- Handling and operating of all sophisticated QC instruments.
- Validation of Analytical test method.
- Qualification / requalification and periodic calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Handling of OOS, deviation, change control, etc
