- Expertise in Power BI and Tableau, including advanced dashboard and report creation.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data querying and manipulation.- Extensive experience with ETL processes and tools.

Job Summary
As the Power BI / Tableau Manager, you will oversee a team of BI executives, ensuring the development and maintenance of robust data visualizations and dashboards. Your role will involve strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various departments to support business goals through data insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Power BI and Tableau executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to understand data needs and strategic objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all BI solutions.
- Develop and implement BI best practices, standards, and processes.
- Coordinate and manage ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into BI platforms.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.
