Education

MBBS, DCP or MD in Laboratory Medicine (Clinical Pathology/ Microbiology)
Prefer to join 1st week of the July 2024
Willing to work on Friday.

Additional Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in writing and implementing training programs and SOPs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using laboratory information systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Laboratory Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pathology and will be responsible for ensuring quality control, and in the Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests and procedures.
• Finalize and approve laboratory reports
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through rigorous quality control measures.
• Provide expert consultation to medical staff on test results and pathology-related issues.
• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
• Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff, promoting continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical pathology and laboratory techniques.
